How can I sign up for Employer eServices? Signing up is easy. Just click on the link below, fill out the Microsoft Word template, save it to your computer, and e-mail it back to IBA Health Plans at the e-mail address listed on the form.

Once I am registered, how do I access the Employer eServices Web site? When you register, you will receive two separate e-mails. The first will provide you with a User ID, and the second with a Password. Once you receive this information, you can then login to the Employer eServices site at www.employereservices.com

Are there system requirements for using Employer eServices? System requirements are:

  • High speed processor - equivalent to a Pentium P266 or greater is recommended
  • Memory - 64 MB or greater (128 MB recommended)
  • Operating System - Windows 95, NT or greater
