What can I do with Employer eServices? Examples of Employer eServices functionality includes:
- Change an enrollee's record (address, name, etc.)
- Add a new employee
- Add a dependent
- Term an enrollee
- Reinstate an enrollee
- Enroll an employee and dependents in COBRA
- Order ID cards
- Make an inquiry
- View invoices (if signed up for eServices Billing function)
How can I sign up for Employer eServices? Signing up is easy. Just click on the link below, fill out the Microsoft Word template, save it to your computer, and e-mail it back to IBA Health Plans at the e-mail address listed on the form.
Once I am registered, how do I access the Employer eServices Web site? When you register, you will receive two separate e-mails. The first will provide you with a User ID, and the second with a Password. Once you receive this information, you can then login to the Employer eServices site at www.employereservices.com
Are there system requirements for using Employer eServices? System requirements are:
- High speed processor - equivalent to a Pentium P266 or greater is recommended
- Memory - 64 MB or greater (128 MB recommended)
- Operating System - Windows 95, NT or greater
- Browser - Internet Explorer 5 or greater OR Netscape Communicator 4.51 - 4.77
