Your IBA Health Plans benefit may include outpatient prescription drug coverage. IBA Health Plans covers a wide variety of name brand and generic drugs. Our list of drugs is referred to as the Prescription Drug List or PDL. You can obtain a copy of the Member PDL by calling the Customer Service Department or by visiting 365wellst.com. The Food & Drug Administration has approved the drugs that are covered under the PDL and a team of physicians and pharmacists reviews the list quarterly, at which time the list is subject to change. Please remember that just because a medication is listed on the PDL does not mean that the medication is covered under your benefit contract. Different copays may apply depending on the specific "Tier" your medication is listed under. Prescriptions must be obtained from a network pharmacy.
