- We want your doctors and health care providers to talk openly with you about the care you need
- We do not pay doctors or other medical staff to deny you coverage or services
- We do not offer financial rewards to anyone to deny you services
- We keep track of care and services to make sure you get the care you need
- We make decisions about your health care based only on what care and services are right for you along with the existence of coverage
- We want you to get safe and effective care. That is why our Medical Director and physician committees carefully research and review new technologies. Then they decide on coverage.
